Diane Gallo
General/Operations Manager and Co-founder of AD Micro-assembly
Ms. Gallo has extensive experience in military, medical and industrial precision
product manufacturing technologies. She, along with her co-founder, started AD
Micro as a manufacturer that does consign assembly. Prior to AD Micro, Diane
was manufacturing floor supervisor to a few marquee clients from the RF and
Microwave component/MCM industry; most notably Alpha Industries (currently
Skyworks), and ARCOM (a Dover Technologies company). Ms. Gallo has over
30 years of related experience in the manufacturing of hybrid and microelectronic
products.

Debbie L’Horty
Quality Manager
Ms. L’Horty has nearly 30 years experience in quality assurance, process
development and manufacturing logistics at companies involved in component and
RF subsystem design and manufacturing. Prior to joining AD Micro-assembly
Debbie served as Manufacturing Process Engineer for Crane Aerospace Olektron
(Signal Technology) and Assembly Manager at Varian Associates and Signal
Technology Olektron. At AD Micro, she will focus on quality assurance, solder
training and manufacturing logistics.

Denis Ritchie
CEO, Commisceo Microelectronics, LLC
Mr. Ritchie's experience includes consolidations at Analogic Test and
Measurement Division, Signal Technology Olektron Operation, AEL Defense
Antenna and Hybrid Division and Adams Russell Anzac Division. In each of these
companies, multiple locations were consolidated or new businesses were acquired
and merged into an existing business entity. He has demonstrated strengths in both
executive positions and marketing and sales. At Mass Microelectronics and AD
Micro-assembly, he acts as the primary consolidation agent as well as the focal
point of channel-building activities. Mr. Ritchie has over 26 years of related
experiences in the custom and standard products arena and holds a BSEE in
Systems Engineering from the University of New Hampshire and a High
Technology MBA from Northeastern University.
